Colored Filaments

The video grows out of a single image — its visual matrix, stretched and expanded until it becomes something else. The colored filaments unfold like fabric pulled taut, caught between the biological and the cosmic. At times they read as neural connections, dense and branching; other times as something larger — the invisible threads tying bodies, spaces, even entire universes together.

This isn’t just an image to look at, it’s something to feel. Movement turns the still frame into a kind of organism: it pulses, contracts, opens back up, and somewhere in that motion the lines blur — micro and macro, inside and outside, real and imagined.

‘Colored Filaments’ is really an inquiry into rhythm and density: how relationships hold together, and how they don’t. There’s no story to follow here, more a landscape you move through mentally and sensorially, led by flows that keep shifting underfoot. It asks you to look a little longer than usual, until a single detail opens into something vast — and that vastness folds back down into a detail again.
